 On 28 March 2009, RC3D was honored at the 2009 McSam Award banquet at the Majestic Theater in downtown Dallas. RC3D was named Finalist for Best Architectural Design for a townhome or condominium with a sales price of over $300.000. Stone Bridge Oaks in Grapevine, TX are luxurious Green Townhomes, beautifully nestled in groves of majestic oaks, in one of the most desired locations in the DFW area.
