about RC3D Visualization Design

“We design the concept, then create a Virtual Model of the site and building, that is subsequently used by the developer to plan, design and develop a successful project with inherent pre-sales marketing collateral.”

We are skilled at harnessing technology to facilitate communication between the designer, builder, and homebuyer where possible, to achieve design excellence. This is done either through producing a typical Builders Set of Construction Documents or combining these documents with a Virtual 3D Model.

RC3D Visualization Design also provides turnkey solutions for projects encompassing the spectrum of AEC services, ranging from Design Concept, Programming, Production, Visualization, as well as Engineering Services and Project Management. We strive to meet clients’ needs for effective solutions.

RC3D Visualization Design will help create an emotionally charged “Virtual Lifestyle” experience, as early as the Pre-Construction and Pre-Sales stages. The 3D Virtual Model is used to create Photo Realistic Perspectives, Elevations, Renderings, VR Models, VR Tours, VR Scenes, Website Images and Marketing collateral.

Once a Virtual Model is created, the design process seamlessly develops into Construction Documents, in tandem with the 3D visualization of the building. Visualization Services are invaluable at two crucial stages of the project: Planning and Pre-Sales. Planning includes Feasibility Study, Site Study, Re-Zoning Study, and Virtual Mass Modeling to plan site development.

Our portfolio includes but is not limited to, Single Family Homes, Custom Homes, Multifamily Townhome Developments, Commercial Projects, Restaurants, Churches, Hotels, Remodelling and Space Planning Projects.
